I applied for a property and explain to the realtor i have no credit , but make more than 3 times the income for the place. He says no worries . if your credit is not strong they most likely double the down payment. So i paid for the background and app fee and everything came back good . then he turns around and says.. Oh i can't help you can you get a co signer. Dude. I bought a car several mths ago No co signer. If you don't want to be sincere to people then this is not the career for you.

Tiffany has helped me buy 2 homes. Once in 2009 and in 2015. She is knowledgeable and is so helpful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her

Tiffany was great to work with when it came time to sell my condo. There were many challenges as the HOA had not kept up the outside very well and the interior was a little outdated. Tiffany made some recommendations for improvements without being pushy, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the process she was professional and attentive to my concerns. The condo sold for close to asking price within a few weeks. We will use Tiffany for all our future real estate needs!

After comparing several real estate agents’ reviews, I decided to call Tiffany. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. I relayed my situation to her and she immediately and clearly explained my options. After meeting her a week later in Austin, she helped us seal the deal on a new home. She made us feel very comfortable and accommodated our tight schedule. Tiffany is a true professional and I would recommend her as your real estate agent.

Just a review on our experience with Tiffany's Properties realty. We moved to TX a year ago and met Tiffany Stuart. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area, housing constructions, down home friendliness and chose her as the person to help us find our "forever" house. We were living on the east coast and had a limited time to find a location. She took us, and our son, under her wing and had us ready to commit within that week. We had to go back east and could not be here for design, closure, building and finally walk-through. She sent us photos each week of the progress on our house so we were able to see each step of construction. Upon completion she handed us our keys. We feel that she went above and beyond what would have been expected of a realtor. Just to have someone that willing to work for us was a blessing. We love our house in Sun City but are now thinking we would like to be in a more rural area where we can have a large garden. We have contacted Tiffany again and, you guessed it, she's right on top of it. We would recommend her to anyone serious about moving. Herb and Estella Runyon
