Nick was able to help me find accomodations for my daughter with short notice. The location wasbetter than I could have hoped for and the place gave me confidence that my daughter was safe and had great access to amenities on campus.

I was a tenant for them for them for about 4 months. Landlord gave me him personal number. He is very proactive, whenever I or anyone else in the house needed something, he would get back to us within 24hours every time. Whenever it came to any house hold decision making he gave everyone a fair vote on any rules, so that all tenants are considerate to other tenants. Landlord is personal and trust worthy and will take immediate action to all circumstances. The house was old so whenever something broke or stopped working he would send someone in asap. Obviously not all circumstances can be perfect at all times, but he would do his best to give us the best experience possible.

Nick and his squad at Central Properties are great. They always respond to maintenance requests, always get you good deals on leases, and even purchases! They really do it all at this one stop shop for property management, and even real estate purchases! They might seem short with you occasionally, but they really are business oriented. I would feel confident in working with Campus and Central Properties anytime they had another deal too scoop up!

I made the unfortunate mistake of leasing with campus & central. This was the first and the worst company I leased with in austin. I did not truly know how shady, dishonest, and disingenuous this office is until I moved out and leased with their competitors. I had numerous issues here including lack of maintenance, PESTS, unusable/broken amenities and appliances, unexplained charges, and a general disregard for tenant grievances and satisfaction. As soon as you sign the lease, you will become an afterthought. Living here was a bad experience, but at least I wouldn't have to worry about it once I moved.... OR SO I THOUGHT. They billed bogus charges "in excess" of the already very generous security deposit. That's when I thought "I've had enough" and here I am writing a yelp review. Think twice before renting here.
