I could write a book on how valuable Kristie (from Best of Austin Living) has been for our home purchase and that might not do her justice. Here is my long overdue review of my experience working with Best of Austin Living: As homebuyers, the process can be overwhelming and daunting, especially with how competitive the market is in Austin. From the get-go, we could sense the professionalism and care that the team showed, and we knew we were in good hands. Kristie went above and beyond by taking us through her concerns, feedback on the market in general, and gave us sound advice that made sense each step of the way. She was crucial in helping us get the price to fit within our budget and made sure we as buyers were protected throughout the transaction. Even during the inspection process, Kristie sounded like she knew as much, if not more than the home inspector himself. That just goes to show truly how educated and valuable Kristie was to us as we closed the house. I don't need to say anymore other than that Best of Austin Living goes above and beyond for their customers, and a great experience would be an understatement!

I cant say enough about my wonderful experience working with Kristie and her team to buy and sell our homes. My husband and I invest in property and have worked with many realtors throughout the years. Once we found Kristie during the purchase of a home, we havent worked with any other realtor since. Shes a knowledgeable real estate professional with high standards for exceptional service and well always turn to her for all our real estate needs.

Susan and Kristie are superstars! I cannot recommend them enough! They helped us find the perfect home for our family of three. They listened to our must haves and showed us wonderful houses all within our asks. During the closing process, they were by our side and ensuring everything was set and good to go. Any road bumps we had, they helped us negotiate and get the best deal. Even after closing, they answered any questions that we had and checked-in on us to make sure everything was meeting expectations. As a first time homebuyer, they really made the process of buying a home so much less stressful. We absolutely love the Best of Austin Living Team!

Kristie is a remarkable realtor. First, she was there when I needed her with information on houses in my desired neighborhoods. Then she did an INCREDIBLE job negotiating with the seller. She is the reason I won the bid against 5 other offers, including some that were all-cash (mine wasn't). She worked with me to design an attractive offer. Then she was FANTASTIC at working through the repair and other contract issues and getting us to close. I never want another realtor. I may have to look into kidnapping her to take her with me when I move and buy property out of state.
