Kristen is absolutely great! I would highly recommend using her for your real estate needs. We have had great experience with her purchasing multiple homes as well as helping to lease a few of them. She is very creative and is able to work through multiple aspects beyond just the price to strengthen your offer to give her clients the best chance to securing a home. She is also very passionate about building a professional relationship with her client and very responsive to make sure you are her #1 priority until you are closed on the home. One thing I absolutely love about Kristen is that she always gives her honest opinions and it allows you to think logically about your purchase (especially investment purchases).
