I moved out of state over a year ago. After leasing my Texas condo for a year, I decided to sell in 2022. I assumed that because I was out of state this would be an incredibly stressful experience and that I would even have to return to Texas to complete close. I was wrong! Will Busen and his team made this process easy, seamless, and stress-free. Throughout the process, from making the home ready for sale to negotiating with the buyer's broker, I felt I could trust Will to act with my best interests in mind. And being out of town, I felt confident trusting Will to keep an eye on my the home and to ensure it remained in peak condition while showing it to potential buyers. And when it came time to close, Will worked with the title company to engage a mobile notary who came to me to sign the documents and then they overnighted those documents back to Texas. I barely had to do a thing and walked away with the best value for my home. I'm very grateful to have worked with Will and his team during this sale. Katherine Irwin has been a great pillar of support for us through the home buying process. We were fortunate to find her and have her as our realtor. Being a first time home buyer myself, she educated me through the entire process and I couldn't have had a better person representing us. She goes beyond expectations and especially for us not being a local buyer, she made the process go really smooth. She is so energetic and goes far beyond what we ask for.
