I have not tried to purchase a home in 38 years. That being said, my experience with Lawrence was that he was extremely quick to respond to MY urgent request to purchase a Townhouse. He was professional, polite, and calm. He explained what was required and the estimated time it may take to complete each task. He broke things down to a level that was easy for me to understand. He was timely on keeping me informed and updated on any progress and information he had related to the purchase. I unfortunately was out bid on the house but Lawrence is keeping an eye out for me and looking at homes that meet my particular requirements. I highly recommend Lawrence to work with if you want an attentive, efficient and personable person to assist you.

I would give him a 0 if I could . He is a very rude and unprofessional agent, don't recommend him.
