Gina was AMAZING!!! She looked up listings every day in my search criteria. We went to countless houses looking for the perfect house for me. It was my first home purchase and I didn't have a lot of money for repairs, so I didn't want a fixer upper. When we found the perfect house, Gina took the time to make sure that every step went smoothly and kept me informed through the process. I highly recommend Gina for all your Real Estate needs.

If you want a realtor that will just act like a robot and just go after houses you ALREADY picked,stick with ZILLOW!!!! HOWEVER, if you want a realtor that actually PUTS IN THE WORK, GINA IS FOR YOU!!!!!! She goes out and HUNTS for homes for you. I am an EXTREMELY HIGH TYPA A person. After a few visits with a few listing agents, I realized just let Gina do the talking. She will tell listing agents EXACTLY what will work for her clients and what won't. She goes and scouts and different times of the day just to ensure the right choices BEFORE she sends them to you for review. Simply put, Gina is the typ of Realtor that looks at things in a human way for her clients.....she get involved and she isn't simply Transactional.....she is REAL Person....and she is REAL GREAT at her Job. I have had alot of housebuying experience and have seen our fair share of realtors. Gina is BY FAR.....THE BEST!!!!!
