Absolutely unprofessional staff. Went to look for apartment and lady was on her phone and didn't bother helping with any information. She continued to talk in phone and she didn't seem to care about anyone else

I loked it at first but now that I trued to call the office about some personal issues I was having they couldnt located me to another united. I had a discussion with the manager and I said to her that I was deciding to move and she said it was granted and when I can turn in the keys. I never told her that I decided to move. When I emailed her again about the apartment she told me that O no longer lived there and when I was going to turn in the keys. Im afraid to leave the apartment alone just because Im afraid they going to change the locks. Now I dont have anywhere to go. Now we been without gas for almost 2 months now. They just got some hot water running. The outside of the complex look nasty. They have pipes running from one apartment complex to another. Its not safe here to live now.
