The property I was it the manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would never suggest anyone living in one of their properties

Not great but not bad. It's a good place to live with a small family.

The management was the worst, they asked me to move out 2 weeks early so they could get the apartment ready for the next tenants I agreed to do so because I didn’t like living there but then they did not return my security deposit and they wanted to charge me for the following months rent stating I moved out before my lease was up. They already had rented out the apartment so how would I stay another month and how can you get double rent on the same apartment.

This company couldn't live up to the great service provided by my former rental property manager Karl Hendler (R.I.P.). Celadon Properties regular service was ok, but repairs were done by an individual, not a company with legit receipts. And then, the owner of the company gets upset because I decided to go with a more dependable company, which I have used for the last year and a half now and that is very responsible, responsive, and transparent. Stay away from Celadon Properties!!!
