Handyman said leak was condensation from the hot water heater. First plumber said the leak was in the slab and quoted an enormous amount of money. Nick from Atech arrived on-time, cut a little drywall out, and evaluated and diagnosed the actual problem in short order -- leaking work performed by the handyman. I highly recommend Atec Plumbing. Saved me a ton of money had I not sought and found an honest, professional group.

A tech plumbing was responsive, helpful and efficient! They helped get our water turned back on after the ice storm of 2021 by repairing pipes. We couldn’t be happier with their work and our experience!

Atech is such a wonderful company to work with. We have used them multiple times for new toilet installs and repairs. Response time is incredibly prompt, each employee we have worked with is professional, and their scheduler is super sweet. We will continue to use Atech as needed and refer them to neighbors. Thanks!

Hired Atech Plumbing 6 months ago to fix a Cold water slab leak, was charged $1600 for 3 hours worth of work. I had every spot open in the house where they might need to access. All they did was come in cut 2 pipes and add a new PEX LINE. Parts were less than $100. Unfortunately, 6 months later, had a hot water leak right next to the cold water leak and because they didn’t cap off the cold water side at all, Even though it clearly states in the bill that It was, my house was flooded with hot water. They sent the same tech that failed to fix it properly the first time, and his attitude was extremely poor because I didn’t leave them a good review on Yelp. They even had there IT guy take down the review so buyer beware when if you use this company because you will be over charged and the work quality is very poor also. So Atech responds with the had there tec come out to do a warranty repair on the job they didn’t do right in the first place and the were all set to do the repair on the second water leak. This is completely FALSE. Before Nic even entered my home for the “warranty repair” he called me and let’s just say the conversation was not even close to professional. He stated he was only there to cap off the old leak, which I had already paid for the first time around And because it was not done correctly, my house flooded again. He stated he had 0 time to do anything about the second leak because they were way to busy and it would be 3 weeks before they could get back out. He was very upset about the bad yelp review that Atech had gotten and he made it very clear that he was going to do nothing about the new problem. Because of his very poor attitude on the phone, I did not feel safe with him in my home with my wife and kids. Believe me, there was no intention by Atech to help out with the new problem. I even asked Barbara, the secretary to have somebody in charge call me but that call never came. Instead , they respond to a bad review with more false information. Once again, buyer beware if you choose them for your next plumbing job. The good news is I found another plumber that came out the same evening, did the exact same job as Atech attempted the first time, and I was only charged $575
