Jameson is amazing to work with. Short notice work and very professional allowing for much needed assistance with a case I am working on. Its hard to find someone like her willing to to what I needed and as quickly. I will definitely utilize her in the future if I need something done in Austin and wont hesitate to call.

Great store, but they do not always have everything available. I was told this and it was understandable. The best thing to do is check product availability, if shopping online. The staff seems to be on top of their training, and will try to assist if and when they can.
My situation.... buying various niche electronics.

Jamison Travis of Travis Investigations obtained critical information on a firm I was doing business with that was operating with illegal business credentials. She discovered the person who was listed as the principal was a convicted felon and had criminal legal action pending and that the business was operating as an illegal entity.
She researched what little information I had immediately and compiled critical background information and documentation on the person I was investigating quickly. That allowed me to terminate the business relationship with the investigated person and keep them away from any contact with my client and our firm.

I was in real needed a PRO P.I. and I found exactly that in Travis Investigations!!
Jamison was prompted and kept her word in rough times, unlike most fakes out there these days just trying to make a buck!
