This is quite possibly the worst pool service I've ever experienced. For some reason I have given them opportunity after opportunity to make right of all the screw ups that they have done and yet they keep screwing up. It's just not hard to service a pool, yet they have figured out how to master that. They have damaged my gate, which has yet to be fixed, after arguing with me it wasn't their fault, when in fact I have the text messages from the technician who admits he damaged it. Then they claim to clean my filter, and after I've had real professionals come and look at it, they have 100% stated it was not cleaned correctly, and they also disconnected the regulator for my salt water. I do not think these things are done deliberately, I just think this company is completely incompetent. I literally watched them the last time and how it takes 2 guys to not clean a pool correctly is beyond me. Pool was "serviced" on Thursday, and green on Sat morning, nice job guys. I will never use them again and will definitely spread the word. Unprofessional, disappointing, and frustrating. Services: Filter cleaning, Water treatment
