Crane Center

I just had my surgery with Dr. Mundinger eight days ago, and I am ecstatic with the results even this early. Its a really REALLY long wait to get the process started with Crane, but its worth it. Once you get to the consultation appointment the ball really gets rolling and youll be there before you know it. Aside from Crane staff, all the nurses at the hospital at Westlake were very sweet and attentive the day of surgery. I felt very safe even though support persons werent allowed in due to COVID protocol. .

Crane CTS is one of the only places in Texas that a) accepts insurance for gender affirming surgeries, and b) specializes in these procedures (so you dont feel like theyre just experimenting with their skills). I have so much appreciation for Dr. Deleon and the nurses at the office and just want to say that top surgery was life-changing for me.

Emails take to long , over the phone you dont get help!, and the may be really good cuz they are totally booked but not for out of pocket patients as they dont make the same profit as insured patients dont have anything to said about the doctos

I had surgery with Dr. Deleon and every conversation from the front desk to the nurses and surgeon was anything less than remarkable. It is evident Dr. Deleon and her team are passionate about what they do and genuinely want to help the community.
