I chose Dr. Reid and his team at Restora Austin for my rhinoplasty and neck lift procedures and cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Reid not only has a wonderful and warm personality, but he is an extremely talented and highly skilled surgeon. One of reasons I chose Dr. Reid was that, in addition to his training as a plastic surgeon, he is also trained in emergency surgery, meaning he is quite capable of handling any problems that may occur in the OR. I also loved how he is committed to staying on top of new procedures in the world of plastic surgery. He corrected the issues I had with my nose (which I've hated my entire life) without making me look like a completely different person. That was huge to me. He is a true artist in his craft and gave me the absolute perfect nose for my face. The results of my neck lift are equally as good. He was able to correct the issues that age has brought on without making me look like I had plastic surgery. The result is incredibly natural and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Dr. Reid and his incredible team at Restora for taking such good care of me from my first appointment to my last. I recommend Dr. Reid/Restora without an ounce of hesitation.

Almost six months out from a long awaited tummy tuck, I am blown away by the results. They are above and beyond my very reasonable expectations. I am ever so thankful that my journey was with Dr. Reid and the ever so helpful Restora staff. His meticulous attention to details ensured a natural and smooth transition to non operated areas. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon with the ability to make you feel comfortable like you are with a friend, the confidence and qualifications that you are in the hands of a skilled surgeon and a staff that "holds your hand" throughout, I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Reid!!!

5 stars is not nearly enough for Dr. Reid and Restora. Dr. Reid is not only an amazing, meticulous and detail-oriented surgeon, he is also an artist. At my first visit with him to talk about my surgery, he looked at my body as if he was creating a work of art for me and he hit it out of the park! Also, the entire Restora staff is unbelievable. Every single person who works there is kind and patient. Lauren was my nurse and, due to my overthinking brain, she answered a million questions for me...patiently. This is the place to get any plastic surgery done. Just exceptional all around.

I'm a transgender man, and recently received top surgery from Dr. Reid. This was my first surgery ever, I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication: All communication was incredibly clear and efficient. I was left with no unanswered questions. Everyone with whom I interacted, including staff, nurses, and Dr. Reid himself, was genuinely interested in providing me with the best service they could offer. It is clear that those who work here truly care about the process and outcomes of all their patients. Environment: The space is very calm and welcoming. The cleanliness of each room I entered was impeccable, and I felt very comfortable receiving my procedure here. Situational accommodations: I live several hours away, and they were willing to provide virtual consultations in order for my trip there for surgery to be the only time I needed to travel. Surgical results: I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my procedure. The overall appearance I received is exactly what I had in mind, and it does not in any way differ from how I was informed it would look. Based on my experience here, I would most certainly recommend Restora Austin to anyone seeking out procedures they have to offer. I am most grateful for how the entire process went.
