Absolutely horrible customer service. Called to get pricing, left a message and no one returned my call. Called multiple times again to get a price and finally talked to the owner. She immediately tried to tell me her price would be too expensive. I told her I was willing to pay if they could just give me a price. She gave me a rough price and I agreed to pay. She then advised me it would be weeks out and I told her that was fine. She asked if I could e-mail pictures to confirm and I did. Again I never heard back. I called back multiple times again and still never got a return call. I finally just gave up. It seems like you have to be a celebrity to do business with them. Very disappointed because someone previously employed with west coast customs highly recommended them.

This business is one of The Worst businesses I hAve ever dealT with. I can'T believe hoW unproffessionAl the owners are. AbsoluTley no customer service WhAtsoever. If you really wanT to knoW whAT I think. READ BETWEEN THE LINES.

Really bad costumer service I call twice and she hang up that was very rude and disrespectful.. I'll take my business elsewhere that's for sure

If I could leave no stars. I would. The owner Carmin is rude and dishonest. Spends more time telling the customer how they are wrong. Yea, that's the idea of good customer service. Duh!
