Consistently is KEY and they do Quality Time After Time after Time!!! This time I tried the with caramelized onions !!!!! AMAZING!!! WORTH THE PRICE & WORTH DA DRIVE!!

The real deal pizza, and so tasty, this neighborhood has been stuck with corporate pizza for too long. You're not gonna pay dominoes prices, but you're gonna get high quality New York za! 10 out of 10

Hands down the best pizza I've had outside of NYC.
Was NOT expecting to have one of the best slices of my life in Texas, so imagine my surprise when trying Baldinucci's, Austin's newest (and undoubtedly finest) pizza.
Tried two slices of their Roman-style pizza. Wasn't familiar with Roman-style before, but it's essentially a lighter, airier cousin to the Detroit-style craze. Put differently: it's a perfect crust.
The Polpette was delicious - grass-fed meatballs and an insanely fresh pomodoro sauce. But the standout? The Sausage & Honey. Sweet and spicy with a buttery mascarpone cheese. I truly can't remember eating a more delicious slice.
Never thought I could live in Austin without access to quality pizza; Baldinucci's is giving me another reason to maybe move here one day.
