Nicole is the most knowledgeable body worker, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor I have ever known. She took the time to find out my issues and developed a personalized program to address them. It seems her life revolves around learning new healing modalities so she can effectively and efficiently address the challenges her clients have. I started working with Nicole almost four years ago to address neck and back issues that I have had for years. Nicole has helped me to gain the core strength and flexibility I need to manage my chronic pain. Nicole is attentive to the limitations I have due to my arthritis and she modifies activities to address my specific needs. My improved posture and increase energy are directly related to my twice weekly sessions with Nicole. The improvements I have seen from Pilates have inspired me to exercise daily and improve my diet.
