        Let me start by saying that I LOVE HEB. However, this is literally the most awful pharmacy I have ever seen. The staff is rude, the line is always long, their quote time on how long it will take to fill an RX is always way off (usually takes 2x as long). Talk about over worked and under staffed! They regularly say something will be ready in 30 minutes, so I wait for an hour to give them extra time to show up, and they haven't even started on it yet! I am toning down my frustration as much as I can right now. It just really seems like they genuinely have no respect for people's time or energy, and are barely capable of being civil to their own customers. It's profoundly disappointing.
