do not use this service, the product they use is most likely just water and does not get rid of ants or wasps, do not sign the contract either.

Like many others we've had technicians that don't show up but the money just goes to them via online transactions. The technicians incorrectly report that homeowners are "not home" or "unresponsive" when thanks to the pandemic that's the only place we are ....at home all the time. They talk big about a great service and but they are only good at taking payments. They over charge and don't refund for services that never took place. Their customer advocates don't have the patience in trying to reach the customer, I guess patience is only for a free paying customer.The only refund they offered was to get serviced by them ... and am like wait we wouldn't be talking about cancelling service if you did just that in the first place. ****Listen to the voice on the reviews, DON'T GO WITH THESE GUYS**** Services: Rodent extermination, General pest inspection, Ant extermination, Cockroach extermination, Mosquito extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination, Spider extermination, Termite inspection, Termite extermination, Flea & mite extermination
