HORRIBLE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!, I hired David Komie and his brother Matthew who handled my case at the beginning, these two guys cannot be trusted. I was in a big car accident with my two kids, my car was totaled. This people do not care about clients and customer service, David no longer works and I was told by his brother that he is in charge of the office (By the way I just found out that Matthew Kotzen does NOT have a license to practice law in Texas. BE WARE!! search the Texas State Bar or call them to verify) . My case ended up getting sent to another lawyer because they don't go to court, the new lawyers settled my case BUT, I only received enough money to pay one month of rent, while Komie and the other lawyers got enough money to buy a house. Keep in mind I had surgery, and I was hurt badly, how is it that they kept all the money and I got barely nothing?? They don't care, all they care is to get money and get you out of the door. I was left with unpaid medical bills, I was told that they didn't agree to pay those and that is now my problem. Do your research, and ask many questions. This guys will lie to you every step of the way.
