I have always felt heard, and I am usually seen within minutes of arriving. This place is truly a miracle. I get more help from them controlling the root of the problem than the actual specialists for said root cause.

Dr. Ximenes is very judgemental. He thinks he is always right and the patient is wrong. I was very dissappointed in him and the way he talked to me.

Great facility, and huge kudos to Candace who works at the front desk - in the midst of my confusion with the phone tree, she answered my call, and while it wasn't her job, she took the time to explain to me my invoice, and got me to the correct person to complete my call, not just another voicemail. It is hard to find great customer service these days, but Balcones Pain is lucky to have Candace on their team, as she is the pure definition of taking care of the customer! She is the reason I am giving this place 5 stars! Thank you, Candace!
