This is not our first experience getting braces, and we would recommend Dr Briggs with Austin Orthodontics over other providers. The use a more deep and detailed examination, with closer attention to addressing all the areas of recommended improvements. The communication level is amazing. Every step of the way is broken down and explained, until both patient and parents understands. The staff's instructions are very thorough and clear. And lastly, the tracking system of progress is top of the line, which leaves very little, if any room for possible set backs and delays in treatment.
