Waiting period is an extremely Waiting time, for those walking in. Not like told on phone, 1st told, we see appointment and then a walk in, but not true at all!!!

Dr. Torre took me quickly and even though I could see his office was very busy he did not rush the time to really work on getting the right prescription for my lenses.

Dr. Torre is great. I’ve been here twice for prescriptions and he’s been friendly and even funny both times. All the staff is bueno.

Absolutely stupendous service. How this office has less than 5 stars is a national tragedy. Dr Torres is the friendliest of optometrists and professional to boot. He answers any and all questions you have and makes you feel like you learned a thing or two before you leave. He looks out for YOUR best interests. For instance, I paid the non-insurance cost for an eye exam then realized I was covered by my insurance. His office contacted my insurance then mailed me a check! The front staff are completely friendly as well. I have been going to his office for years but just now thought I would write a review. 👌
