I am extremely disappointed and upset with how the whole move was handled. Not only were the movers extremely late and kept changing the timelines but the whole move was extremely rushed and done unprofessionally. Here are some of the issues we faced: 1. after one day of delay, I was told by Adam after half day of wait that he would come tomorrow between 10am and 12pm because due to bad weather the move has to cancelled today. I finally got a call from Fernando next day at 12:30pm saying he was half an hour away, finally arrived at 3.15 pm next day. My professional cleaners had already arrived and started cleaning since they could not wait any longer. 2. We asked the movers to wear masks and put on shoe covers since the house was already professionally cleaned. Neither did they wear any masks during the move, nor did they cover their shoes and on top of that they moved their trolley up and down the house dirtying and damaging floors. I had to get the house professionally cleaned again later that night. 3. Since they were in such a rush they damaged stairs, walls, wooden floors and door. 4. The unload process was equally unprofessional and rushed. They damaged my new fridge, my entertainment center, dumped stuff on top of each other and damaged an expensive painting, and had nicks on the walls leading to the room where they dumped stuff. 5. They put the my bed in the wrong room and when I told them to move it they said they would do it and left without moving it. I am beyond words to express how upset and frustrated I am. It has taking me a day to calm down and write this review. I have been nothing but flexible and accommodative with them. My landlord is complaining about the damaged floors, stairs and doors which I need address. I have not opened any of the boxes or bags yet and am dreading to see what else is damaged. Do not use this Moving company! Very unprofessional from the moving crew, all the way up the chain to the owner. Showed up over an hour late, with a man and a women that were not capable of carrying our heavy furniture. And I ordered 3 people and got 2. Every piece they carried hit a wall and struggled to move up the stairs. The women wasn’t even listed on the website as one of the employees. And they were wearing a different moving company’s t-shirts. So I felt as if “luxury moving†had subcontracted out the job. They walked off the job and then tried to come back as if it was okay. I called 5 times to get the owner on the phone after I was tired of them hitting the walls and the owner kept interrupting me on the phone, and didn’t seem to care about the issues we had. The women cussed out my fiancé inside the house and that was the last straw. Don’t use these people if you care about your furniture and the inside of your house. Service: Local removals

Terrible experience! Walked the job, explained every detail with the homeowner. Discussed tight schedule and the quality of care needed for my clients. Owner agreed and confirmed crew would be onsite Monday morning, literally my only day to make this move. Today is Monday and no one has arrived at our agreed time of 10am, I have tried calling owner and no answer, text is not working neither is email. Luckily I was able to get Black Tie moving company to save the day. I called explained my situation and they reacted! Do not use Luxury moving company from Austin

Highly recommend this company for your move! They were so efficient and very careful with all of our items. We have moved numerous times and this was one of the best experiences! They are very diligent about protecting your furniture as well as your home. Not a single wall or door dent! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
