Platinum Motorcycles

This was the very best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jeff could not have been more helpful. Sadly I could not get to see the bike before purchase, time and distance got in the way, but that did not matter. The bike was described in excellent detail and Jeff was totally straight throughout. The bike, a BMW R1200RT, was taken to a main dealer for service and MoT with the promise that if there was too much to do the bike would not be delivered and he would help me locate another. That is service. There was constant communication as to the progress of the bike through the service and then the promise of delivery. Jeff called me when he left in the van, gave an ETA and was bang on time. I work in the motor trade and Jeff could teach some of the guys I work with a lot about customer care. Five stars are not enough, I got one of my dream bikes, brilliant customer service and total satisfaction. Would I buy from Platinum again? Hell yes I will!
