Scooter 911

Was referred to SCOOTER 911 by my usual guy. Was not disappointed. These guys did a complete overhaul on my scooter. Fixed everything. Fluid change, plugs, new bolts, new tire. Reasonable price. Had me back on the road in two days. Will be using again and will be referring friends! Thanks guys!!!

After 25+ years of dealing with various shops in multiple cities (and multiple different motorcycles and scooters), I can say with confidence that this is the best scoot/moto shop I've ever visited. The guys who run this shop have a killer combination of passion and deep knowledge, both for the machines and the customer that brings them in. I brought them a 13 year old Genuine Buddy that I had let sit too long, with a long list of problems. Actually, when I say brought, the shop came to my house--the day after I called--and picked up the bike exactly when they said they would. Seems like a basic thing, but having a "service provider" show up, on time, and prepared, is a huge thing to me, and made a great first impression. Also, they are good listeners, and have a relaxed, easygoing vibe that makes them easy to talk to. I never felt rushed, and in fact, immediately was made to feel like an old friend. Anyone who has dealt with motorcycle/scooter shops in the past knows that is not super common. But most importantly, the work they did was just fantastic and fairly priced. They had some killer "outside the box" solutions for my problems, some other nice suggestions, and just generally got the scooter running like brand new. All in just a few days. I kind of don't want other people to see this review and figure out this is THE scooter place in Austin, because I don't want them to get too busy to help me! But seriously, I have full confidence in the whole gang and look forward to bringing my bike back them for anything. P.S. They have all sorts of cool mods and neat ideas for making a good scooter fantastic...for example, I got an upgraded rear shock that completely changed the ride characteristics for the better. I highly recommend taking their advice--they've seen it all.

Have had two wonderful experiences with Scooter 911 and highly recommend them! I have a used 2018 Buddy Kick that I got serviced after purchasing, and Garret and Keiffer were both patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Follow-up questions have been addressed promptly and proactively. The customer service is impeccable and I plan on using them for all of my future scooter needs. They also create a warm, friendly, and fun environment in the shop, which is a refreshing change from most auto body businesses. Don't hesitate to check them out - you'll be in good hands!
