It has been 7 years since the last time we used Sente, but they are still the best group to work with. Chris and his team are very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We had two closings happening simultaneously, and they did not miss a beat. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Horrible experience with Kristin Carrol through our entire home buying process.
She illegally ran our credit without our consent despite us telling her in writing not to. Later she asks me to trust her since shes been in the business for so long and not lock in the interest rate after on a Friday and to do it Monday instead. Her claim was that they were likely going down on Monday and being a first time home buyer, I foolishly trusted. The rates of course climb another half a percentage so we lock them in only to be informed by Kristin now that locking in prevents rates from climbing on you, but you can always get the lower rate afterward.
She deceived us intentionally likely for a commission, or because she didnt feel like working on a Friday, who knows.
All I do know is, I will never work with her again and recommend you dont either. Each phone call was a chore and left us less confident each time that we were assigned a competent representative for Sente.
Kristin Carroll made an already stressful home buying process far worse than it had to be.
