Oh reviews where do you begin! I'll tell you with Ronald Muljadi... I have personally gone through the process of home lending and processing several times in the past and of course it's always stressful. One thing I will say is that working with Ronald he was always very straight forward, very honest and incredible at alleviating alot of the nuances and stress that come with the process. He was also able to share advice and direction to better suit the needs I was primarily looking for. AMAZING! He was straightforward and open with any questions I had. Most importantly, he was ALWAYS AVAILABLE when I needed him, all loan officers are not the same. Great follow through, great rates, will work with him again! I found my loan officer for life!

Ronald Muljadi was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning to end and even after the close, Ronald walked me through the steps and was completely upfront and honest throughout the process. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, and yet, after submitting my paperwork I had a feeling of "that's it?" Furthermore, Ronald explores all options of types of loans trying to get you the best rates and has knowledge of government incentives to lessen overall mortgage interest costs. Even the underwriters and other associates that handle the paperwork for Ronald had the same disposition and charm. Now that interest rates have dropped, I am considering calling Ronald back up to refinance already and it has not even been a year. I would highly recommend Ronald to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home. He will always return calls promptly if he misses them and I don't think he stops working...
