If you are a small business owner don't bother. I wanted to get a second lien to pay off credit cards but these people have no common sense or imagination. They can't figure out that rental income is actually more than what I report on my taxes because there are expenses associated with rental property such as the loan payment on real estate. They count the real estate loan payment against my personal expenses when it is actually deducted from the rent, in effect deducting it from my income twice. If I could do a zero stars, I would. I have been strung along for too long and am going with someone else. Do yourself a favor and go with a credit union
