I had a horrible experience working Justin and JB Mortgage. I never leave reviews, but my experience was so miserable that I had to in this case. I've seen another person describe their experience working with JB as traumatic. Now I know why... Never intend to work with them again. NEVER

I rarely leave reviews...but working with JB was so miserable, so I had to. My experience working with Justin and JB Mortgage was horrible. I have huge, huge regrets working with them on getting a mortgage for a house. I've been telling all my friends about my experience with them...they're shocked. So was I, frankly. I had such a horrible, horrible experience here.I saw another person here describe their experience  working with JB Mortgage as traumatic...and now I get it.

I am a first time home buyer and just closed my first house today, JB Mortgage group was the BEST! I worked with Loan Officer Dee Dee Hydes and she was so sweet and helpful, if you want a nice smooth home buying process I cant recommend this company enough! :)

My husband and I worked with Jen Martens to buy our second home. She was so helpful and talked us through all of our options so that we got the best deal. She was there to answer all of the questions that we had, we will recommend them to anyone we know who will be buying a house!
