After waiting for 2 hours to see my sons' family doctor for a well-child check he is still waiting. This office has sour employees who think they have the Ph,D to swerve patients but let who they want in the back to be seen. SuckS when you need the service and not getting it.

This location clearly has a problem with this. Lone star has a 10 minute late rule or leeway. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment. I realize I was late, but this was the only location that had an appointment to check my heart/chest pain. My appointment was rather very important to get checked and I mentioned that and was turned away even after mentioning my concern and apologies, I live in an hour away and we got stuck in the Austin traffic which there is nothing I can do at that point. Regardless, it would have been a better experience if I the boys behind the desk weren't screwing around and wearing their face masks because they work in the health care profession and you're not going to wear your mask. Goofing around wasting my time waiting for over an hour and half with NO patients walking in or out for that entire time and then to he told that the one doctor is at lunch. Are you kidding me an hour and half lunch break. I could have been seen in that amount of time. My heart has any issues where I need to go in to the er, this location and two kids up front and doctor will be hearing a about this situation. This location needs to be looked at for this problem, from other reviews this is not the first occurance. Christian and Dr. Z
