    I've had to use a CPAP for a couple of decades and have had some horrible experiences with medical supply companies. Roxanne at Monitor Medical has just about made up for that. Her professionalism and willingness to make an effort allows Monitor Medical to work seamlessly with my insurance so there are no surprises a year or 2 down the road and 'late payments' are erroneously demanded.     I have been trying to receive supplies for my CPAP machine since December 22nd. I have been given the absolute runaround by this company. They have tried to blame the problems on my doctor's office but that doesn't seem to be the case. They don't answer the phone when my doctor's office calls, they don't send the e-mails my doctor's office requested and they had the wrong fax number for the doctors office and were told more than once what the correct number was. And I have emailed them at least 15 times and I have gotten maybe 3 responses to my emails. Horrible customer service for people who need these supplies for health reasons. My doctor's office is setting me up with a new supply company. Wish me luck. UPDATE: Less than 24 hours after my doctor gave new company my info my supply order is being packaged and sent out to me . UpDATE Less than 4 days with new company I have already received a box full of supplies. Nice to see someone believes in customer service.

    Tobie, the technician made my experience exceptional! She was engaging and kind. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything I needed to before I walked out the door. Really pleased with the whole experience!

    Went in three weeks ago with doctors prescription for supplies and thought I was all set up. Customer service was to contact me for order. Called back one week later. Another week has passed and still no call. I give up with Monitor Medical. I need supplies.

    Tobie is the BEST technician I have seen since being diagnosed. She took the time to find the best solution possible for me. I had been using the wrong sized mask, and she found me the core t sizing and once I tried it, it was clear she knew exactly what she was doing. I have seen doctors and techs for years since being diagnosed and Tobie was the first I’ve seen that was 100% genuine and fully informed on this condition. I have found my new supplier and will ONLY come here moving forward. If you have sleep apnea, I encourage you to visit with Tobie as soon as possible. I wish I could give 6 stars.
