A&P Quality Care Medical

We first started receiving service through A&P quality over a year ago for my daughters ventilator/Bipap need. We have had the privilege of working with the RT Christina. She has been great when we have issues with her mask fitting or supplies she is on top of it! Super friendly and kind every three months when she checks the ventilator she makes sure that were set and answers any questions we have with a great attitude. When she heard that we were having issues with the previous DME company that we used she informed us about the other services and convinced us to make the change and I am so glad we did! Within a week we were able to have all our supplies changed and shipped! We have now had the privilege of working with Armando for the past 6 + months! Its always a pleasure to speak to Armando every month. He is thorough when it comes to our supplies and fights for what we need. Always answers the phone with a positive attitude and if he doesnt know the answer he takes the time to find someone who does! When we recently had issues with losing our insurance he was amazing with finding programs and help within the community for us. He did not have to do that yet he did. He took the time to check on us the entire time we lost Medicaid and truly cared for our family. I have no idea how many times I called crying freaking out. Each time Armando was so kind and comforting reassuring us itd be okay. We will always be grateful for him. Talking with him every month is like talking to a friend. He has taken the time develop a relationship with us. Christina and Armando clearly have a passion for the clients that they serve. They are parts of why this company is amazing! 5 stars isnt enough stars.

It was my first time dealing with any kind of business like this since I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and the first impression was amazing. The staff made me feel welcome and were all very helpful in getting paperwork and communication with my insurance started up. The follow-up calls to make sure I was using my mask and time correctly were super-helpful. Jason was an awesome guy who helped me pick out my first mask (and another after the first didn't work out so well). I highly recommend this business.

A&P is by far the best DME company we have ever used! Armando is always on top of my childrens orders, communicating with me, and as well our insurance Provider. He takes the lengthy calls with insurance so I dont have to, and I cannot stress how much that means to me. Armando is family to us now. Highly recommend this company to any one and everyone!

Armando and his team went above and beyond what is normally asked of them to make sure I received my supplies in a timely manner. After having a hiccup with insurance coverage Armando stayed in touch with me,my clinic and the insurance company- contacting me via phone and email- and kept the ball rolling until the day my supplies arrived on my front doorstep. Hats off and five stars to Armando and his team! Thank you so much for all the help in a time of need.

Sheena has been the most helpful getting and setting up oxygen and feeding pump services. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure services were provided flawlessly. Sheena and the entire teams communication is stellar. I never felt without knowledge and always knew what steps and the duration of time that was needed to complete the service. They are always willing to explain any information about your service and equipment until its throughly understood. They are truly God sent. Thank you again for your quality service.
