I found charges for in office lab tests that I never had completed. I hadn’t ever been into the office, but also had my appointment through tele video. The office staff apologized and removed them. I found more. The billing people have changed many times in the last year, so lots of confusion. I thought we had everything cleared 8 months ago and then I found out they sent a balance to collections. The front staff person was helpful in fixing this, but I shouldn’t be dealing with this 8 months later. My co-worker has a similar story to this. Be careful.

Great prompt service Very timely. They don’t leave you in the room for 1/2 hour while they catch up. Listen extremely well FYI. No issues with billing 😬

This is an amazing medical clinic! The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. I love coming here and would recommend this place for others!

I booked an appointment for a physical, they only measured my blood pressure and took my vitals and billed me over $150.00 for the visit. No blood work was ordered or consideration was made to have my annual mamogramm scheduled. I have never had such a basic physical ever. I was not given any pricing or any bill when I checked out from my appointment. I received a bill in the mail 2 months later. I got some x-ray done and the doctor was supposed to call me ang go over the results with me. No call, I had to call and chase them down to finally book a phone appointment for that. All the doctor told e is that she can't read the x-ray and a neuro doctor has to see me...got another bill for $180.00 for that one 5 minute phone call. Than, the doctor told me that within a week to 10 days I would get a call from someone ( couldn't provide a name of a doctor or a practice/clinic) to schedule an appointment with a neuro specialist. A month later, no call, no follow up. Every time I tried to call the office, I get the voice mail. For a private practice, this is absolutely ridiculous. If this a was a free clinic I can totally understand, but also, I have an actual problem and need a doctor to see me. I really hope everything is okay with my spine, because if it is not and I need urgent doctor intervention, I am going to hold you practice responsible for negligence.
