I was in a panic trying to either get a new power chair for my disabled son or get the one we have repaired. Josh went above and beyond in helping me untangle the web of dealing with Medicare. But, when it was determined my son is not eligible for a new chair at this time, Josh asked me what the problem was with the chair we have. After describing the situation, Josh walked me step-by-step how to re-engage the drive on the chair. I've spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to help resolve the problem to no avail. That is, until I was lucky enough to get Josh on the phone. His professionalism and caring were beyond compare and a life saver for this 76-year old mother. The burden he lifted from my shoulders by just taking the time to talk it out and walk me through it is indescribable. I highly recommend this business!

We have been after our dad to quit using his walker which is noisy and harder to navigate and to get a rollator. A couple of his friends had recommended Bee Cave Medical Store so we went there. Kelly was more helpful than we expected.  Much to his surprise he is very happy now not using his clunky walker. He loves his rollator.

I have been phoning other medical equipment stores and looking at boxed rollators at various locations. I did not wish to buy a box and assemble the rollator just to try it out and then return if displeased with it. When I called Kelly at Bee Cave Home Medical Equipment, I spoke with a very pleasant lady who told me all I wanted to know. I also liked knowing that this store is family owned. I went to this store and received the excellent service that I expected to receive from Kelly. I am happy with the rollator that I purchased. I learned that my insurance would pay part or all of the cost and called Kelly. She emailed me the information that I needed to submit to insurance. From my first phone call to finish to after my purchase, I had an excellent experience which is reminiscent of the kind of service that many years ago was commonplace. If you want to be sure that you get medical equipment that is right for you, I highly recommend that you visit Bee Cave Home Medical Equipment. FYI: It was worth the extra time and mileage to get exactly what I needed and wanted.
