It was a great visit today! Doctor Chen was patient and helpful. The staff at the lab was professional and friendly. ARC has always been my first choice for primary care. I hope this location gets more positive reviews as they deserve them.

Very Frustrating experience. I requested through patient portal to schedule my physical with Dr. Godigamuwa in August and got the slot on December 8th(!!!). On December 1st, got a call from ARC, but it got missed. The voice note said to call the general ARC number, without providing any details. I called back but it went to infinite loop and I had to disconnect it (I wasnt even sure the reason for the call). On 12/8 when I showed up for my physical, found my appointment was cancelled. Why cant you leave a detailed voice message, or provide a direct call number or drop a message on patient portal.

I absolutely love the team at this location, from front of house staff to the on-site lab employees. I would specifically endorse Dr. Carson Higgs, as he has consistently been a caring, detail-oriented practitioner.
