All of the guys here are helpful and courteous, but Jesse is a saint! He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm being well taken care of and has advocated on my behalf more than a couple times. I switched from another company because of their constant money-grubbing tendencies.. this company has never tried to make me pay for something that is a system or device problem. If there has been an issue, it's been resolved quickly and without much fuss.

This review is primarily regarding Jesse. I had no complaints with Draeger and found the device to be excellent... however with the transition to new company ownership I can't comment on how that is going to go. Jesse was awesome however and really makes this location worth the trip. I can't tell you how many times over the past year or so I saw Jesse put in a bind due to things beyond his control and he always kept a great attitude and made sure I was well taken care of no matter how insane things were going around him. Thanks again Jesse!
