Wonderful experience getting my 3 daughters ears pierced. They were all anxious and the woman piercing their ears was so patient and understanding. It made the experience so much easier as she talked each of them through it!!

Good experience. I'm frustrated with my makeup and have gone into the other stores in town, and it's hard to find somebody who really spends a bit of time figuring out the right color, etc. Let me rephrase; it's hard to find anybody in those stores to even answer a simple question.
So I was shopping at the nearby furniture store on Anderson Lane today, saw the Merle Norman store, and wandered in. It was a great experience; Taylor found good matches to my skin tone. I left with four products and so far, they really really look good on me. I am quite pleased with the product and with the customer experience. I will be back, as the customer service is key. Thanks Merle Norman and Taylor.

This Merle Norman location is by far my FAVORITE!! All of the staff is super helpful and really helped get me to a place where I feel comfortable with myself. Its always clean, organized and great service with whoever is working!!

I saw Aryn for some much needed skin care. Aryn hooked me up! She knew exactly what my skin needed just by looking at me. Aryn is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My skin feels wonderful now. Soft and smooth! Thank you, Aryn, for making me look fabulous again!
