Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes to speak to someone in customer service. I’ve called now 3 times to cancel and they won’t do it. They say they will send an email and don’t. Then actually told me an email can take 7-10 days..an email! Checked every folder no email from them…I am still trying to get this canceled and I’ve already been charged now for 2 months of service I did not want!! I would not recommend them.

besides that the only think I can say about this company BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, BAD SYSTEM and of course you can cancel because you are under contract.

Worst customer service ever. I was double billed and told I would get my refund weeks ago, I still haven’t received it. Can’t log in online and won’t let me reset the pw and can’t register either. Chat support is a bot, not real. Phone support is always busy ( I wonder why) and when you finally get a hold of someone they can’t help you and blatantly tell you that, they don’t even hide the fact that they can’t do anything from their end. I am calling for what I hope is my last time to cancel service. Update. Two hours later I was given the expectation that I will receive an email which would have a DocuSign to sign and then 30 days later get the service cancelled. Will continue to update until this is 100% done. For those of you thinking about getting Brinks. Read the reviews, or better yet… give ‘em a call and find out.

I've never experienced worse customer service. Expect to be on hold for hours if you ever need anything. Use anyone but Brinks.
