Just Right Lawns

Be warned. I used their lawn service in Austin less than a year because during the winter months, they charged me for a service that they did not perform. I have security cameras all around my house, I work from home and at the time of this supposed service, it had rained days before and the ground was wet. No tire marks can be seen on my lawn from the lawn machines both the small and big riding ones. I called on the first of Feb and did not hear from them back for 2 weeks until I called them again. Even the person who took the most recent call did not understand why the "ticket" was still open. They refused to provide a refund for the no services rendered. I immediately cancelled service. If they had just provided me with a refund and resumed service as normal, they would still have a customer. You've been warned! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
