Went in to wash our clothes and the place has really went down Im used to the friendly attendant and the services. I had a hard time speaking with the lady because she claimed she couldnt understand what I was saying to her which was the machines we had used were not washing clothes effectively.. the water hasnt fully ran in the machine and the clothes had started turning already with no water! I tried to get someone to assist me to speak with her but it wasnt any luck. Hell, I even tried using my phone to try see if she can read it and she shook her head saying no like what does that mean?! I just wanted the service done CORRECTLY! 01/13/2022: Thank you for reading my review! However I have been calling the phone number listed to make sure that someone there would be able to assist us English speaking customers only. I have not had any LUCK with someone answering the phone and I just called and the guy said his name was TONY and wasn't very helpful! He claimed he did not know about issues (that are listed from multiple people) with similar issues and he VERIFIED that the people they employed there do not speak English.... All I want is to SPEAK WITH SOMEONE that can assist with my complimentary wash/dry! It really takes away from the customer service when you can't get the help that we need!!!!!!!! YES I DID EDIT my review :)
