Austin native landscaping truly cares about their customers. From the start they wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the budget. They provided a thorough explanation of the products they use and why, but made sure to mention they can make adjustments if the original quote doesnt fit our budget. I hadnt expressed a budget or anything, it just seems like something theyre always cognizant of. I really appreciated that because other landscapers In their league were charging obscene minimums. The team was easy to communicate with, work with, and bounce ideas off of. I would recommend Austin Native Landscaping over and over again. Reed, Jason and the team did a great job. There are plenty of superlative in other reviews, but they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. I miss interpreted the design on the bid and they ended up removing lawn that I thoughts was going to remain. After I notified them, they immediately offered to lay down sod and adjust the patio area. Their customer service exceeded expectation. If there's ever any other landscaping work I need done around the house I will definitely be using Austin Native Landscaping again.

These folks are pros. They worked carefully with us providing several revisions to get things perfect for us. They were responsive, professional, and patient while we thought out our options. And then bonus: they were able to start earlier than scheduled and finished the yard quickly. The team onsite were punctual, professional, thoughtful, and kind. We are in love with our yard!
