We needed our engine replaced and were DREADING the cost and the waiting. We take care of our vehicle, so the warranty was honored and the repairs were covered. We were authorized for a rental and told our car wouldn't be done for about five weeks. We were added to the list for a rental, but we're told they weren't sure when one would be available. One came through the next day, then the very next day, we were told the engine had been delivered and installed. Everything happened so quickly and we were pleasantly surprised!

If you're looking to be treated like a person and not just a dollar amount, this is the place to go. All of the employees I dealt with were great. Professional, courteous. Jason showed me the car initially and then set me up with Jamie Griles who was absolutely fantastic and made it truly easy and stress free. I never once felt pressured. From the minute I walked in to driving the car home, It was on my terms at my pace. They worked to get me terms I was comfortable with before ever signing anything. I've never seen a car sales team work together in this way. If you're looking for the best car buying experience in Austin, this is it.
