I went into the store a few months ago inquiring for a Rolex Date Just. I spoke with Maria at the Austin location and she told me Rolex was not taking orders at the time. I was disappointed but understood that these timepieces are not easy to obtain. However, she did provide me with an alternative option, which was to leave my information allowing her to get in contact with me when and if one came available. I visited the store whenever I was in town. I talked to her about my urges to purchase a second hand one, she advised me to be patient. I listened. A few months later, I received "the call", not many feelings are better than this one. What drove me to leave this review was her sincere look of joy to pull the watch out and what me see it for the first time. It is obvious after what I can assume she has sold hundreds of items, she still enjoys seeing another person happy. I cannot say enough about Maria, she is kind, patient, informative and overall genuine, she never rushed your conversations and is more than willing to assist as much as she can. 10/10 RECOMMEND when walking into Ben Bridge Jeweler!
