Do not want to give it any stars! DO NOT go to this place for repairs. They will rip you off! When I dropped off my jewelry for repair they said that if you pay in cash they wont charge you the 4% credit card service fee. So I paid in cash and they wrote that on my receipt. When I went in to pick up my merchandise they said I hadnt paid. They were very rude and said that I was trying to scam them! I ended up having to charge the repairs (again) on my credit card with the 4% service fee! I will fight it with my bank but do not go there!

They struggle. Brought my watch in and now it doesnt work. Also got accused of not paying half down in cash and it was on the receipt. I was encouraged to visit him by a friend but have regretted It.

I have been coming here for years! From watch batteries, to lots of broken jewelry, to even making a few custom pieces, the owners (a couple) are kind and offer very reasonable prices. They even know my name!:-D Check them out inside the HEB @ Congress & Slaughter.
