        We own a commercial property in Round Rock and have used Coverall for about 8 months. They started out great the first 4 months. Since then they have not shown up, stayed and cleaned for about 30 minutes, which to do even and O.K. cleaning takes almost 2 hours. The management is non-existent and does not follow-up. You can not reach the franchise headquarters, so putting in a request or complaint does not help. Find another solution for your cleaning service.
