CJ is the most awesome massage therapist I have ever come across ! She knew of several techniques to work out my knots, that other massage therapists never utilized, and is super friendly to work with. She's the only person who's ever recognized that my left hip was 1 inch higher than my right ( ! ) She is definitely advanced at what she does, and she genuinely cares, which is an awesome combination, and I highly recommend that you go see her !

I highly recommend going to Wellspring. I've been going for over a year and a half and I am grateful to have this therapy as part of my monthly wellness. I work out regularly, and have past injuries, so when I first went in to see Regina, I was in need of some help. It wasn't always pleasant, muscle work can be painful, but I am stronger then I was before. I am also receiving the same great care and maintenance from CJ, who is another therapist at Wellspring. I can't imagine going anywhere else, as my care is personalized and based on what I need at the give time.

Regina is the best therapist I've seen for my body issues which have evolved over the years. Sports injuries, car accidents, childbirth, aging – it's complicated. Regina's experience and training in different protocols allow her to address my issues from a broader viewpoint. I have recommended WT to numerous friends and family members and ALL of them have been happy and continue to return.

I have had severe back pain for 30 years. Each time I have an episode I have to lie in bed for 3-7 days while my herniation and spasms and pinched nerve resolves. And then I found Regina. Regina is a brilliant, intuitive healer with extensive training and a massive skill set. I've lived on both coasts and in many countries and never found anyone else who could both identify the source of my back problems (in my case, my feet, my tight fascia, my posture, my hip pronation) and figure out how to put me back together, again like Humpty Dumpty. She approaches each body as a unique ecosystem and the sum of all of its experiences in order to devise an individual treatment plan. Regina is deeply committed to healing her patients and is a consummate professional in every way. She also has very high standards for her staff, so I've had very positive experiences with everyone in her office.
