I recently made an order and the delivery got messed up. When I rang and got speaking with the general manager she was outstanding and really helpful. she reprinted the cards i needed and got them re-delivered in a matter of hours. Really appreciate the customer service she provided. Unfortunately I do forget her name but she helped me on 4/4/22. Would highly recommend this store because of the service she helped provide.

So disappointed I placed a order at 11a.m for same day pick up. For business cards and a banner when I placed the order it said pick them will be 5:30 pm. I was okay with that because I had other things to do for my business. I got there at 7pm nothing was ready nothing not one single thing. How I placed a order in the a.m. not ready. When I asked why she said well the W wouldve been cut off. I asked how come no one did customer service and call the customer informing them its a problem. I got (ummmm) girl then I got its only me here however it was three other workers there someone couldve called. I was there for 1 hour getting my order right that couldve been avoided if someone wouldve called so it can get fixed. Its call customer service. Some people get so lazy and dont want to do there job correctly. I will never never ever do business with STAPLES again at this location

My husband and I got our custom Christmas cards printed here and they look absolutely terrible. We put a ton of effort each year into taking photos and designing fun cards to send to family and friends. This year, instead of just printing them on photo paper at CVS/Walgreen's (as we do every other year), we decided to spend a little more money and print on matte card stock. Instead, we wasted a bunch of money on a hack job. My husband is a professional designer and has worked with print shops countless times, and this has never happened. Not only are they printed on the wrong paper, but the color is totally off. While the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, the quality of these cards are a joke and now it's too late to do anything else. I'm legitimately embarrassed to send these. I'll never trust Staples with a print job ever again.
