These guys are so meticulous and caring. Chase is the man. He has coordinated with the apartment complex to ensure all the information was accurate and up to date. He got a quote so quickly and accurate, and he changed inputs on the phone to ensure I could fully be informed to choose the plan that best fit my needs. He also has checked in a few times just as good service to see if my new car was shipped and if we had a VIN to start the policy. Chase, in particular, has been a very calm, thorough and thoughtful person. Highly 10/10 recommend!

Derek helped me when I was moving from my parents plan to my own plan. He was very transparent and helped me determine the best level of coverage for me as an individual. He also helped me bundle my renters insurance to save me some money and headache of using two providers. Any time I need anything from Derek, he gets back to me in literally 2 minutes. He is so fast, and helpful! Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Derek went above and beyond what any insurance agent is ever obligated to do for a customer this week during the 2021 Snowpocalypse in Austin, TX!! I reached out after losing power early Monday morning and soon followed by access to running water to find out if my renter's insurance would covered anything towards a hotel until utilities were restored. As there was no damage to my unit, my policy would not cover any alternative housing. Knowing hotels were already booked within a 50 mile radius due to the storm with so many people seeking warmth, Derek opened his home to me and offered to let me stay in his guest room after hearing the temperature in my apartment had already dipped into the low 40s. He graciously hosted me and a few of his friends whom also lost power for several nights, refusing to take any compensation from any of us for the accommodations. Derek showed that his kindness and humanity go beyond his professional life by literally taking his work home with him. Derek Allen was my hero this week and this is why I love State Farm!!

I moved my policies, both home and auto, to Derek at the beginning of the year. He was able to increase my coverage and lower my premiums. That would have been good enough there. But for those of you in Austin, who know what is happening with our winter storm right now, Derek went above and beyond. After days without water and rolling power outages, I finally ventured out to the store to stock up on supplies. My vehicle is not all wheel drive, but I figured I could make it as the store wasn’t far. I was wrong. As I pulled into the parking lot I got stuck in a patch of ice. I texted Derek and he didn’t recommend I call a tow service or tell me to leave it until the ice thawed, HE CAME AND TOWED MY CAR OUT HIMSELF! Not only that, he was there in about 15 minutes. WOW! I have never experienced this type of service from any agent, representative or broker. Derek went way above and beyond. I can assure you that he will have my business for life, and I will refer any and everyone that will listen to him. Thanks Derek!
