Hotsy Carlson Equipment

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Not only does the communication suck. The ability to troubleshoot equipment is below sub par. Took machinery here on multiple occasions. Had some issues with a Honda motor. Tore it apart and could not trouble shoot the issues. Not only that the machine was never put back together. Was also informed that unless they intend to handle the warranty claim the motor should not be torn apart. Didnt even run a leak down or compression test to begin with. Instead parts were thrown at the machine on two different visits. Was told the the cylinder was shot. Took it to a different Hotsy, they performed their tests, had answers to all my questions and referred us to a mechanic shop that handles warranty claims. Hotsy Carlson cost me time, money, and a lot of headache. Would not recommend at all.
